Spaces are intentionally limited to just 3–5 people to ensure depth, connection, and intimacy.

I’m a coach, healer, and group facilitator with 20 years experience of guiding individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
All of my work centres around supporting you to rediscover the truth of who you are and who you’re meant to be in this world, so you can live a life where you feel deeply connected and purposeful on every level.
My approach is both practical and intuitive, combining coaching, energy work and somatic healing techniques that allow you to heal past traumas, release limitations, reconnect with your innate wisdom, and begin to step into all that is possible for you and your life.
Whether through one-on-one coaching or group retreats, my mission remains the same - to create a fiercely protective space for you to heal at a foundational level, so you can reawaken your true essence and unlock your exquisite wisdom, potential and power.
